**UPDATE - package delivered (two weeks late), but shoutout to Jason and Amber from the Newton facility who went out of their way to help me and who called back when they said they would. Multiple calls to FedEx and a couple of bogus "weather delays" and I'm still having to miss multiple days of work to sit at home and wait to sign for a package that apparently will never come.
On scheduled delivery #5 and now my package isn't even marked as out for delivery. "Only giving one star because negative stars aren't an option. It's sad I have to leave even 1 star because your not worth it" "This place should be shut down they said they delivered a bike to my house on 3/7/ at : am that I ordered for my grand daughter tracking # and said it was signed for by someone named jlong this is a lie no one at my house or any of my neighbors has this name and I have cameras that proves they never came thanks FedEx for breaking my grand daughters Heart. (The original dimensions and weight are on the tracking site.) I opened up the package and it’s just the stickers and holiday candy as a thank you the company does without my main purchase! I ordered a hat you mean to tell me someone working there opened my package and took my hat and placed barcode unreadable to only receive a bag of candy and stickers when the weight doesn’t even add up! I put a claim in but this isn’t going fast enough, someone is wearing my new hat!" "I just got my package taken out because of an unscanable barcode when it was already on the truck and out for delivery that went back to the facility that got a new smaller box different dimensions (6圆圆), and the label isn’t the same without the return address weight etc.
